Hello? I'm Grant. I've recently arrived here. Apologies if you know me I seem to have lost my memory...

I wonder if that has to do with the manner of your return. You don't remember anything at all, or is it partial memory loss?

I'm Dr. Strange. I left those items for you.

Partial? I know my name and date of birth. I recognize New York and I know basic facts just nothing personal?

Good to meet you and thanks for the devices. They're certainly useful.

Good to meet you too, Mr. Ward. I'm glad you were able to sign onto the network.

I'm wondering if memory loss might be an unexpected side effect that might happen to some people in the future, if they end up here under similar circumstances. To try to rule that out, did you arrive with any evidence of past head injuries (bumps, bruising, lacerations), or are you having any headaches or dizziness?

Not that I've noticed. It was disorientating at first but other than that... I haven't noticed anything.

While that's good to hear, it still doesn't entirely rule out any injuries in the past, or even psychological trauma causing retrograde amnesia. If you want to be certain and would consider going through some screening, I can call in a favor with some of my old colleagues.

Or? It could be that the disorientation really is related to the timeline distortions. It could also be a situation where you can choose to wait and see, if you're able to function and interact.

Would it hurt? I mean I can't see why it wouldn't hurt to try.

Do you have any recommendations?

No. The medical testing wouldn't hurt to try. A MRI or an EEG are a good first step to determine if there is any brain injury, or if there is normal brain function.

I never would have thought I'd see you reaching out socially. You weren't really one to interact much when I knew you before.

Really? I'm not sure if I'm surprised or not but I suppose this is the only way I have of perhaps meeting people. It seems that everyone else is so it made sense for me to do so?

I didn't say it was a bad thing you were doing it, just that it was surprising given how you were before was all. It'll be good for you to reach out and meet all the others here.

Ah. I suppose that makes sense. Not being able to remember anything does make it hard.
