In a shocking turn of events, the Supreme Court has reviewed a special legal filing and voted to overturn the Sokovia Accords as unconstitutional for all U.S. Citizens. Citing that it infringes on the 4th, 5th, 6th, and 8th Amendments, failure to ratify with a vote passing through the senate and congress, and includes unlawful imprisonment without a court hearing, the court voted 6 to 3 to overturn. The White House issued a brief statement saying that the Supreme Court ruling is being reviewed and they are not able to comment at this time. In a clear and present danger to our society, any criminal violators of the Accords can now freely roam our streets, putting the lives of our children and our pursuit of happiness in further jeopardy. When reached for a comment by phone, Tony Stark provided this [sound bite]:
"What do you want me to say? If you mess with the bull you get the horns. We all know that I'm super horny, so no big surprise there. No hard feelings, though? Secretary of State Ross is welcome to stop by my place for a drink. His options are getting kinda limited, since I made a few calls this morning and bought his latest watering hole. Scheduled for the wrecking ball tomorrow morning. Better hit that last happy hour, Mr. Secretary. Or is it unhappy hour? Anyhoo, no further comment! Everyone can tune into the exclusive interview on Monday with Trish Talk, where I'll try not to embarrass myself. Easy-peasy since I have no shame. We done here? Great. I have to pay a demolition guy to film my personal updated version of A Christmas Story."Tune in now for our special coverage about the abolishment of the Accords in the United States. The WHIH Situation Room will be discussing if Mr. Stark's cavalier attitude qualifies him as a hero or a super villain, and how the lives of average Americans will be disastrously impacted by the return of violent vigilantes that claim to be 'superheroes.'
