Well, I ate a whole pizza (sidenote - don't recommend doing that, even if it has been a hot minute since you ate something not served from a dusty, soulless, sci-fi cafeteria) and had more iced coffee with the sugar-free syrup and the actual reduced ice so I think I'm good to go now.
