Both of Morgan's hands were held out for it, as both she and her dad let out a little "Yay!" in unison. Both for entirely different reasons.

"My hero," Tony said, "always coming to the rescue. Thanks, honey. She was starting to turn into a Morgansaur. And everyone brought her snacks but I think she was saving space for that."

Morgan made a little grawrrr noise and started giggling. "Hi, Mommy."

Pepper gave a small laugh. "Hi, button." As in cute as a. She poked her daughter's nose as she handed over the cheeseburger. "Try not to get too much on your father, hmm? After a few bites you can have some juice." After the first Juicebox Shower incident Pepper had learned to withhold the beverage until Morgan used both hands.

Their daughter satiated Pepper leaned in to claim a kiss from Tony. "Y'know, you could put her down and let her terrorize someone else. Dr. Strange, maybe."

Tony wasn't a fan of the juicebox shower either. But he was relieved when Morgan began to chomp on that burger after a giggle at mom's nose poke. It meant the mood was way improved.

Tony was smiling at his wife after the kiss, but he shook his head like he was vetoing that. There was a good reason why.

"Doc looks like the kinda guy that would make one balloon horse for a kid who didn't like horses and then portal them to Hell. His bedside manner sucks. I can't even imagine what he'd be like with kids besides threatening to cast spells so their fingers fuse together and they stop touching stuff."

As though Pep put a subliminal command into his head, he put Morgan down so she could sit on a nearby bench and eat.

"We'll swap off later. I like toting her around. Can I take her to work?"

	"It's the ones you least expect to like kids who make the best babysitters," Pepper countered, but she respected Stephen too much to set her daughter on him. "No," she said automatically. Tony got the gist from frequent conversations that Strange had less patience for ineptitude than he did, and therefore far less patience than Pepper. Who was, apparently, the world's biggest optimist. And Tony was the world's biggest worrywart.

"Not if I had Happy there, it wouldn't." Happy was the responsible one. "And you know it would be a controlled burn, so there."

He'd wait until she was six, then. And until that happened, it was Mr. Science experiments in the garage or penthouse deck, where he'd already showed her what Mentos and a 2 liter of soda could do.

Geysers of sticky soda and both of them pointing at each other if Pep walked in to find the mess. That's what.

	Pepper gave Tony a mild version of The Look but chuckled. "I'll just have to have a talk with Happy then." If Happy took any side he took hers. He knew which side his bread was buttered. "That's ok, I've been doing mad science at home with the apprentice," Tony said, proudly. "Haven't we?"

"I've got a hat!" Morgan said, with equal pride. Although it was said around a mouthful of cheeseburger.

"She's got a Mickey Mouse sorcerer's apprentice hat," Tony said, "and we've done controlled food explosions and made a volcano. Anyway! I haven't yet, since I was on munchkin duty. I can do that though if you want me to?"

He pointed over at Morgan and then between himself and Pepper, as though a silent sign language indicator of who was going to tote around the kidlette.

"Blowing stuff up is what I do best," Tony said, with a surprisingly boyish smirk. "But I'll try not to blow stuff up other than paying for the fireworks display. UnScout's honor."

He made a little saluting hand gesture which he guessed was what the Boy Scouts did. Once complete, he wriggled his fingers at his mini-me.

"Don't give your mom a hard time and I'll tote you around later," he said with a wink, leaning in to give Pepper and then Morgan a kiss on the cheek. "I'll text you the location once I find it."

He grinned as he walked off in search of the best vantage point for watching stuff go BOOM.
