Una and I tried that way back when. We work better as friends. She's my other half. Rose is great, but we're just good friends.


Do I have to get you drunk? Hopefully without either of us getting injured this time.

Oh, I'm sure you would have been but knowing this place you could have also come into contact with a flesh-eating parasite so it's good to get these things checked.

Yeah, I'm sorry, I guess I'm just sort of expecting something like that to happen. A lot of people have been sick lately.

I got cussed out by an Admiral shortly before I took command of the Titan, they were kind of mad when had to come to bail me and my cohorts out of jail. Worked out for the best though.

It's out there now, so I might as well. I got left at the altar; my family was there, her family was there but she was not. My sister, brother-in-law and cousin took me out to comfort me and we got blitzed and ended up in jail on numerous charges.

The Admiral in question, my godmother was not happy.

It's fine, it wasn't meant to be.

Drunk and disorderly, breaking and entering, willful destruction of property, I think assault was in there too somewhere, I remember a bar fight. I've never been more drunk than I was on that night, it was something.

Yeah, now and then I think about what life could have been but I ended up where I was supposed to be, more or less.

I'm glad too, it was a secret because if it had gotten out Pete and I would have been suspended but Kathryn understood the circumstances, lucky for us.

Yeah, for me it boiled down to the Fleet or the relationship... and well, I chose the fleet, for better or worse. Still do, apparently, if the memories I got are any sign.


Seriously.

It's good to have friends and family in high places. I nearly got expelled during senior prank week.

Yeah after that breakup I threw myself into work, been there ever since.

I don't usually rely on the higher-ups to get me out of situations, my sister Siobhan called her because she didn't want to spend the night in prison. I'm surprised she came to get us out.
