The colors seemed to intensify in her sight as the new dancer moved to the music, letting it fill her soul and raise her spirit to a new level. All of the pain of her recent past started melting away like snow in the late spring. Nothing was hurting and nothing was aching anymore. Her heart swelled in her chest, feeling close to bursting with the emotion of it all and small tears started to glitter on her cheeks. She just felt so happy.
Noticing the change, Brynn laughed, overjoyed and completely ignored the guards as they were stopped down the hallway. The people around her started to get into the feel of things, beginning to move in time with the music as well. It was comforting to see people start to let down their walls. Noah was in the crowd as were a few other familiar faces, all of them smiling and gleeful. People started setting side their grudges and their fighting worries, the pits seemed so very far away now. This moment was theirs no matter what happened later, here and now they were free to be comfortable.
The blonde couldn't forget the woman who was bringing them all such joy. She turned and sank down close to Mia, the brilliant smile lighting up her face. "Do you want to dance?" She extended a hand to bring the wonderful stranger into the mix as well. Would she join them? Would she follow suit? It was her who had brought them all of this after all.
