“Peanut butter?”
Reno shot Elena a withering look. “I am not gooping up my mag-rod with peanut butter.”
“You could put it in the freezer and try scraping it with a razor blade.”
“Shit, Rude, that'd fuck up the circuits but good. Tseng's already said he's not requisitioning me any more equipment after the Chocobo Incident.”
“The first one or the second one?”
“The second. The first one was when he slashed my uniform allowance.”
“How about turning it to full power and burning the gum off?”
“Can't. The receptor's all blocked up.”
“Well, at least you're not as bad off as Bernie. He's in the locker room shaving off all the charred, gummy hair. Including his eyebrows.”
Tseng walked into the room. “Reno, take that down to R&D. They should be able to find something to clean it off with. And if you see any more rookies blowing bubbles, please use a pin or a stiletto, or something less dramatic than fifteen hundred volts.”
