We are desperately in need of a few very important Gleeks for some really awesome story lines at [info]wmhigh. Artie, Sugar(our Rory would flip for her), Joe Hart (come make all the ladies day!), Will Schuester, Cooper Anderson, Warblers Thad, Flint & Trent (we have Nick, Jeff & Sebastian), Shelby (Puck desperately wants her around) - you are all wanted immediately! In centuries past, mortals believed in superstition. They believed in gods. They believed in magic. As human civilization evolved and fewer people chose to believe in the otherworld, the mist grew thicker and the parallel worlds more separate. Mortals were blessed (and cursed) to see only what they wanted to see. They went about their business unaware that the gods were still very much around and pulling the strings.

With worship waning, the gods found that they had to think of new ways to increase their power and influence. They turned to their mortal children - their demi-gods. However, lately, greater problems have arisen. The forces of darkness and chaos are rising, threatening the very fabric of existence. Who will succeed? Who will stand for goodness and light, and who will be the harbingers of darkness and chaos?

Our plot picks up after No Rest For The Wicked and initially focuses on the four months before Lazarus Rising. Sam is on his own now that Dean is in Hell, trying to make deals with Crossroads Demons and anyone who's willing to sell. Ruby's presence is lacking until she returns from Hell to assist Sam in honing his otherworldly powers. Bobby may or may not be drunk, depending on the day.

Outside of human and Hunter knowledge, both Angelic and Demonic forces are preparing for what will likely be a full scale war. The Demons and Lilith are doing their best to continue breaking the seals needed to release Lucifer from the box. The Angels are preparing for the worst and setting into motion plans to pull the eldest Winchester brother from the Pit.

The question that remains is: how does your character react to and live within a world that is changing so drastically and, oftentimes, in an unnoticed manner? While the general populace may be blissful in their ignorance, those who are more in the know of darker forces can certianly feel something on the horizon. Something bad and somethin g that could change their lives in unbelievable ways.

Premise



A hundred years ago, supernaturals 'didn't exist'. They were figments of your imagination, things that went bump in the night and tall tales that you told your children. Not anymore. Some may have moved right next door to you. In Washington, DC., moving into an apartment with a new roommate might mean that you're sharing a living space with a werewolf. Or maybe your son's new kindergarten teacher is an elemental. Or that girl you have a crush on in Algebra just might already know because she's a telepath. Things are still a struggle when it comes to acceptance and not everyone is happy about the path that the world is taking towards equality.

Where do you stand? Which side will you take?
