  When I'm seeing at least three or four different people in every post you make telling you that they're losing money on this site and their support tickets are being ignored, I'm not investing in this site. You ignore those comments consistently, skip over them and respond to other people who AREN'T pointing out the shitty customer service here. You only show a presence if the site completely breaks and people go apeshit on the Facebook or if you're making another money grab. So by server projects do you mean family vacation?

    Support tickets are not being ignored, and I read every comment on this journal, however I do not have the time to read every single one of them.
    
    Yes the issues with icons is fixed too

      Icon issues are fixed in other journals, but all of them are still gone in this one. Is it a lost cause?

        For shits and giggles, I just glanced over at yours and they're all there for me. If they're still missing, try doing a couple hard refreshes via F5, or clear out your cache & browsing history.

          Thank you for commenting! I'd cleared my cache before, but doing the f5 first and then doing it cleared whatever problem I was having.
