“Oh. Yeah…” Ginny thought about it. She had heard something like that before. “I think it might…lose something when it leaves wizarding places.” She shrugged. “Thanks,” Ginny said graciously as she took the Coke and cracked it open.
“The Burrow, that’s what we call my family’s house, it’s really kind of small and there were so many of us,” Ginny explained. “So, an air mattress in someone’s bedroom isn’t that big of a deal.”
She saw Bella…looking at her. She smiled up at her as she considered what Bella might be thinking. Years ago, she would have been shy and bashful but that wasn’t something she did anymore.
Ginny could see why an immortal boy would be intrigued by her. Though, she couldn’t exactly put her finger on a way to describe what made Bella intriguing but there was certainly something.
Her mind wandered to a day in the Gryffindor Locker Room…
“It’s no problem,” Ginny assured her. “We can keep it a secret unless we absolutely have to tell him.”
“She won’t be able to finish the job,” Ginny said with great resolve.
