Cho smiled brightly, amused by her joke as well. Never once did she think that her joke would give away her preoccupation about Elise's skirt. The Ravenclaw just wasn't as sneaky or tactful as say, a Slytherin.
"What theme would you have chosen for the party?" she inquired, her gaze curious. "If I put my mind to it, I am certain I could. Chinese New Year is more important to me, though."
In chairs now, the Head Girl had hoped that her purposeful touch would have given her a better impression of Elise's disposition. It garnered nothing but the sensation of the French girl's smooth, silky skin. Something she gained moments later when their bare knees touched.
