Elise laughed airily at Cho’s joke. “Too true. I think that zee students in the stands would get to see more than expected, non?” she joked back, shaking her head. She was happy that Cho was thinking of her short skirt. It was quite flattering.
“I don’t know. Original isn’t always good. Some of the themes would be fun again if they haven’t been used in a while,” Elise mused. “Though, I am sure a creative Ravenclaw could have come up with something new?” She gently nudged Cho with her elbow.
Elise smiled brightly and happily as Cho escorted her to a chair and seemed not to notice Cho’s briefly wayward hand. “Merci,” she replied sweetly as she sat down. “I am ‘appy to dispense with titles, Cho,” Elise said, her tone just a hint breathy as she turned to face Cho allowing their knees to brush.
“It is odd to see so many girls dancing with each other, non?” she asked, looking out over the dance floor.
