He's. Changed a bit from the last time he was around. For one, he's technically not a Zone Cop any more, and for another he's a bit more withdrawn because of the (mostly ambiguous) circumstances that made him go on indefinite leave.
He might not be letting anyone know he's the same walrus, save for Carmen and Zed. It depends on how things roll.

Hellooooo, everyone!
My name’s Jennie, but I also go by Chase, or Chasey, whatever floats your boat. I was here at Alt years and years ago, and ended up dropping just as I was entering college. That…was four years ago, and with the end of college, a certain professor has been quietly poking and prodding me, hopin’ to get back in the game.
So here he is. Everyone, say hello (possibly again if you remember me from all that time ago!) to Macbeth!
I’m rebooting him with just a touch of change to his canon: namely, that this incarnation of Macbeth is native to Alterius. All this means, practically, is that any of you who remember his living partner, Lee? Forget about her. She never arrived. Mentioning her will result in nothing but confusion from Macbeth. <3

This is Lieutenant Paradox and he's part of Reconnaissance. He's known for never taking anything seriously, flirting with anything that moves, sleeping through meetings and generally being a gigantic trouble maker.

She's in the Academy, 3rd year, probably going to be her last, since she wants to join APF.
When she isn't busy trying to become a badass cop, she sings. Mostly, karaoke. Mostly, when tipsy. But she's done some little performance in nice little locals sometimes too. Payed in pats on the shoulder and vodka, but hey! Not like it's her work anymore.
Also, you stare at/comment on her butt, and your teeth will have a close encounter with her elbow.

Just a little question.
I wanted to post to move Zee to the Halfway House, and I read the rooms are for two. Is there anyone that would be interested in a tiny room-mate? He's quiet, and doesn't take much space.
If not it's not problem,I'll just move on and have his room be half empty. |

This one, it seems, is altering one's holiday spirit.
How A Shear Works:
Basically, reality is going to bend around your character. How far that bend goes is up to you. it could alter them entirely and they never realize that they're meant to be different than they are now. Or, the changes could happen and they could be perfectly aware that this is very wrong.
They're highly chaotic in nature so what affects one person, may not affect another. Someone could be altered for only a few hours, they could be altered for days, or even weeks. Potentially even years!
Let's not go with the last option, though. In a week or so it should be all cleared up again~

Carrie here to let you guys know that Squeaky managed to get almost all of the icons restored! He says there's a very small number that seem to have just been completely lost but so far I haven't found any broken ones still lingering on any of my journals!
If you want, take a moment to go leave a thank you for his hard work! I can't believe how much he managed to recover! ♥♥♥

I noticed that some of the icons were broken the other night and thought nothing of it (as servers sometimes go down) but looking into it further - there's a news post here from Squeaky saying that they've had a disk failure in the servers which has disrupted the icons.
He doesn't know as of yet if this is permanent or not but is looking into it.
Hopefully this will only be temporary but just in case if it is not and the loss is permanent, any icons that you've had previously can be restored with reuploading and reattaching the old keywords to it. It'll replace the broken icon and restore any threads with that icon to a fresh one.
I am not going to be attempting reuploading as of right now as I'm hoping that it's just a temporary situation, but thought best to notify everyone here on the OOC just in case you've lost some, as I'm not sure if reuploading would be an issue to the servers as of right now, especially as Squeaky is working on it.
If I find out anything new, I'll let you guys know. |

I'm Fran, nice to meet you all!
Am also Zychel on Tumblr and DA, but Fran is the name I go by. Carrie got me here. Because zonecops. I can't say no to zonecops. I can't D=.
I'm italian, and tend to be pretty shy. Which is an horrible combination, I know. I'll try to make up for the awkwardness of both the language and of my poor social skills the best I can <3. I you start reading a phrase and get lost because it's ridiculously long, sorry. I do that a lot. My bad.
I bring to you my AU Zonic!. Which...doesn't quite look like a Sonic at all: what with the wrong colors and the shortness, and those over-sized ears? He's a 16/17sh Zonecop right from a No-Zone so messed up that seems ripped off some bad sci-fi movie. Where you don't get to choose what to do with your life, the Corps decides! Where the sky is yellow and the planet itself is all artificial. And things. And stuff. Mostly evil, evil things. And bad, bad stuff.

Juuust a quick note to say that Streak will have been gone since about the start of this shear. Nothing drastic, as he seems to be still accessing things from his comm, and providing his regular reports via them as well, but he just suddenly seems to have taken off for no known reason.
He also neglected to tell anybody about this sudden time off, as well ♥ Don't worry; he'll be back eventually. |

Well, now that I'm a little more awake, I need to properly introduce another new blue thing to Alt, because she's decided to stick around.
This is Billie Joe, and she's Carmen's partner, because you can't go wrong with an O'Reily-Saffron team-up. And by "can't go wrong", I mean "can't avoid lulz and brownie antics in HQ". Billie Joe here's ended up in Alt waaaaaaaaaaay before the mess that seriously screwed the baker up in the head, so she's 95% less angsty and mostly huge issue-free! o3o
