"Lupin!  What the Hell is that?"  Severus asked as he waved towards the offending window.

"It's Christmas, Severus.  I thought we might enjoy a bit of home."   Remus replied as he sipped his morning tea.

"You might have noticed I am not dressed for snow." Severus gestured to his long black trunks and tropical patterned black on black button down shirt.

"The snowfall on the tree is quite beautiful to look at though."  Remus munched on a piece of toast.

Severus gulped a cup of tea and took a banana and an orange from the center of the table.  "There are better things to look at here: sand, ocean, cabana boys." 

Remus raised his eyebrows.

"I still have not had a volcano punch and that mysterious blue concoction."

Remus grinned. "I certainly wouldn't want you to miss out on the blue concoction."

"And if you are very good I might just let you shag me in the surf."  Severus said primly.

'What constitutes very good?'  Remus asked breathlessly.

"You must wear the Speedo today."

Remus looked crestfallen.  "You know I always fall out."

Severus' eyes might have just twinkled.  "Exactly."

The snowy tree disappeared.  Christmas in Tahiti had been an excellent idea.
