Hey everyone! My name is Mikey and I just wanted to introduce myself =D

Tori poked and prodded me enough to finally pick up the character I'd been interested in playing for a while. That character is Laura Kinney a.k.a X-23. She told me about the Weapon X plot happening soon so I figured this would be the perfect opportunity to stop procrastinating and finally jump in.

I will be starting fresh with Laura. She will be coming straight out of Weapon X, meaning she'll be socially awkward and very introverted. As time goes on I'd love to expand her character to something more akin to where she currently is in the comics.

I am completely new to RP'ing so any advice is welcome =) I'm very excited to start playing with all of you!

Hi, Mikey, and welcome! :) I'm Callirhoe, and I've got three kids here: Jean-Paul/Northstar (this journal), Angelo/Skin (

espangelo), and Kevin/Wither (

bad_touch).

JP has only been at the school for a couple weeks and isn't the most outgoing of people, so I don't know whether he'd know Laura yet. He's very Québec-ian and a political extremist/former aider-and-abettor of nationalistic terrorists there, also a former international-level alpine skier, and currently a college student. His Wiki page is here, for what's known about him IC, or what Laura would find if she ever Googled him, lol. :) He's not a bad guy, but he's very arrogant and often cynical, impatient, and fairly snarky toward the rest of the world.

Angelo, by complete contrast, is nice, outgoing, easy-going, and fun to be around. He's got a smile and a friendly word for everyone, and as the oldest student here (he's 23, which is practically ancient among this group of students) he's got a vaguely paternalistic attitude toward the younger kids and likes to keep tabs on them, so expect some of that from him. He might be sort of mystified by Laura's lack of social graces, but he never really gives up on getting to know people. He'd probably tease her a little and flirt a little, which he just can't help around pretty girls. ;)

Aaand apparently I'm saving the worst for last. Kevin is a mopey, depressed, angry loner hiding an artistic soul behind an antisocial front. He's... yeah, kind of a jerk to most people unless they've somehow managed to get on his good side, and I can't see Laura being any different. He mostly tries to ignore girls, with a few key exceptions, and I imagine he'd avoid her and hope she avoids him too.
