Hey everyone! My name is Mikey and I just wanted to introduce myself =D

Tori poked and prodded me enough to finally pick up the character I'd been interested in playing for a while. That character is Laura Kinney a.k.a X-23. She told me about the Weapon X plot happening soon so I figured this would be the perfect opportunity to stop procrastinating and finally jump in.

I will be starting fresh with Laura. She will be coming straight out of Weapon X, meaning she'll be socially awkward and very introverted. As time goes on I'd love to expand her character to something more akin to where she currently is in the comics.

I am completely new to RP'ing so any advice is welcome =) I'm very excited to start playing with all of you!

Welcome, welcome, Mikey! :3 Tori's said some great things about you! I'm very excited. Oh. And I'm Samma! Nice to meet you. (I should be on hiatus right now. Shhh. You don't see me.)

I've got four kids I play here right now. I think a little plotting is possible for all of them!

Remy LeBeau/Gambit will be all about flirting with her, despite the fact that she came to them from Weapon X. She's pretty, he will flirt.

Vanessa Carysle/Copycat probably already knows Laura. We can decide how well! She works for Weapon X, too, though she's been undercover for over two years, and just went back last week (I have a feeling I'm probably just reviewing some information, Tori says she relates the awesomeness to you), and will be on the attack with her. She's probably very intimidated by Laura.

Jay Guthrie/Icarus... actually might not have much to do with her, but they do have some interesting commonalities (namely being a bit self-destructive but able to heal from whatever they do to themselves), so interaction might prove interesting.

Sean Cassidy/Banshee will be very happy to try and help her fit in. He will work with her as much as she'll allow, and is very persistent.

Sorry to overwhelm you on your first night! XD I love plotting. More than I should. Welcome to the wonderful world of RP! (I have been in it for FAR TOO LONG. I'm gonna be the old geezer yelling at kids to get off her lawn soon.) Tips? Have a lot of fun! :3

	The infamous Samma!! I've heard quite a lot about you! It's nice to meet you too. =) No worries, you aren't overwhelming me at all! I love plotting too! ^_^ I like all of your ideas, especially the one involving Vanessa. Tori and I had talked about that too! I'm really excited for the attack to happen. (Reply to this)

Hi, Mikey, and welcome! :) I'm Callirhoe, and I've got three kids here: Jean-Paul/Northstar (this journal), Angelo/Skin (

espangelo), and Kevin/Wither (

bad_touch).

JP has only been at the school for a couple weeks and isn't the most outgoing of people, so I don't know whether he'd know Laura yet. He's very Québec-ian and a political extremist/former aider-and-abettor of nationalistic terrorists there, also a former international-level alpine skier, and currently a college student. His Wiki page is here, for what's known about him IC, or what Laura would find if she ever Googled him, lol. :) He's not a bad guy, but he's very arrogant and often cynical, impatient, and fairly snarky toward the rest of the world.

Angelo, by complete contrast, is nice, outgoing, easy-going, and fun to be around. He's got a smile and a friendly word for everyone, and as the oldest student here (he's 23, which is practically ancient among this group of students) he's got a vaguely paternalistic attitude toward the younger kids and likes to keep tabs on them, so expect some of that from him. He might be sort of mystified by Laura's lack of social graces, but he never really gives up on getting to know people. He'd probably tease her a little and flirt a little, which he just can't help around pretty girls. ;)

Aaand apparently I'm saving the worst for last. Kevin is a mopey, depressed, angry loner hiding an artistic soul behind an antisocial front. He's... yeah, kind of a jerk to most people unless they've somehow managed to get on his good side, and I can't see Laura being any different. He mostly tries to ignore girls, with a few key exceptions, and I imagine he'd avoid her and hope she avoids him too.

Hey there and welcome! I'm Anne (iolith737 for AIM chats ^^)and I play Tandy Bowen (Dagger) and Betsy Braddock (Psylocke).

Tandy is super happy and optimistic about everything- and very trusting, so she would befriend Laura regardless of where she came from or who she worked for. ^^

Betsy is a lot less trusting, and probably post attack will be very wary of Laura. Being an empath, if Laura holds no ill will toward them, Betsy will feel that and might warm up to her, but it'll take a bit.

	Woot ^_^ Welcome! I'm Lauren and I play Mirage, Magma, and Jean Grey. Jean is fine with everyone, so I could see them getting along okay. Mirage might be on edge for a bit and Magma might clash because well...Amara has a hot temper sometimes. ^^;; (Reply to this)
