Who: Betsy and Warren
When: Thursday Evening
Where: The Rec Room
What: Betsy is still unsure what happened Monday night, and returns to the Rec Room to try and figure it out, but then she ends up a little distracted... (Thread Complete!)
Betsy could not explain what had happened Monday night. She knew she did a considerable amount of damage to the Rec Room, and she knew that a teacher found her eventually- though who and when she was uncertain of due to being in a bit of a state of shock- but since then nothing had been explained to her. She felt awful about what happened, especially when she heard that Megan would be grounded from flying for quite some time due to her injuries, and was determined to learn what had gone wrong- or right- during the attack.
Which was a bit difficult to do when you were blind, but Betsy paid little notice to this minor detail.
On top of all that, Betsy had a bit of an emotional weight on her shoulders now, feeling responsible for what happened to the girl, for the damage to the room, and now for what might have happened to the soldiers she decided to drop out the window. She felt helpless, and needed to talk with someone, preferably her brother, Brian. But with her luck her computer was broken and thanks to the attack probably would not be fixed for at least another week. She didn't want to make anyone waste time trying to get her computer working when there were so many students that had more important needs, so instead Betsy kept her feelings bottled up and a book close by.
Tonight, however, said book had been abandoned as she ran her hands along the wall of the Rec Room, considerably dented still. She then repeated the process with the couch, finding the chunk missing from it fairly quickly. Betsy gave a great sigh, leaning over so her head was set against the back of the couch. It felt like a bomb had gone off in here, and Betsy had no idea how to control it.
Which was just what she needed- another bloody uncontrollable power.
