The loud clutter that could be heard was enough to wake the dead or in this case the silent rooms that were in vacinity of Raven's new classroom and office. The room was large, seperated by a door leading to her office, which had the words Raven S. Harrison, Music&Choir written on the door in large black letters. Raven on the other hand was at the far end of the room, stacking books that she had planned to use for her classes, which were a wide variety of music through the spans of time, as well as piano and other instrumental books that she thought would be useful to her students. She was excited for classes to start, for that would give her time to not think about the previous year spent in India.
She leaned against the bookshelf, her dark eyes taking on a thoughtful look as she crossed her arms, hating to think about that time, but she could not help it. Her mother had that direct effect on her and she was still worried that she would find her, even if she knew in her heart that her mother would not. She wanted to put her trust in her friends that everything would be okay, but she still had that sensation that something was going to go wrong. She moved from the bookshelf once she had filled it, her midnight blue dress that she wore swishing as she walked and she sat at the piano, running her fingers along the keys, feeling a familiarity in them. Knowing that music was her only release of expressing her feelings and making herself feel better, she turned more fully at the piano and began to play, the sound filling the room. As she played, she added her operatic voice to the tune, not caring if people heard her or not. "Lithium, don't want to lock me up inside, Lithium..." Her voice seemed to carry as she played, expressing the sadness and lonliness she felt, not hearing someone enter the room.
