Beau rubbed his hand over the back of his neck, hair freshly shorn into the familiar neat style that he wore as Healer Jayden Burke. He'd waited until the last minute to get it cut, holding onto some personal expression as long as he could. Though he'd been an actor most of his life, for some reason giving up control of his appearance had been most difficult with this role. Luckily, he'd surrounded himself with people who reminded him he was more than just an actor.
"First table read's on Monday," he said, placing a perfectly-formed pumpkin on the table in front of Scarlett. He wasn't entirely sure that the combination of sharp implements and wine was the best idea but time would tell. "Think we'll see you on set more this time?"
