"Beater," he said, sounding almost absent-mindedly (though not at all so). His attention was back on Rose. This was all going too perfectly. He clearly affected Lily, just another piece of this for him to enjoy. Not that his pursuit of Rose was entirely to get back at his plaything runaway. But it was a nice perk.
"So you think I'm attractive?" he said to Rose, acting as if the other woman were already forgotten. As if he only had eyes for Rose Weasley-Granger. "That is good to know," he said with a smile and a nod. "Care to join me at the bar?" He asked, definitely hoping to get her alone, even if she'd want to return to Lils with the drinks.
