The whole dating two people thing was beginning to stress Mia out. It wasn't in her nature to not go all in when she felt sparks with someone, and yet, in the nearly two months since she'd activated her dating profile on that app, she'd managed to fall into feelings for not one but two extremely different people. She knew she couldn't continue dating both of them, though, which meant she needed to make a decision.

She was nervous when she'd arrived at Trina's flat a little bit ago, if only because she knew her feelings with Rhys were so strong but when she was with Trina, it felt like those feelings were stronger. Her relationships were as different as the people in them, too, which almost made it harder. Trina was absolutely gorgeous, and it still flustered her sometimes when they were together, stumbling over her words and blurting out silly things. She felt on steadier ground with Rhys, calmer, more solid but with enough hints at the possibility of passion that it didn't feel dull.

As she sat next to Trina on her sofa, swirling the ice around her glass, she wondered how she could possibly decide. Were Trina's feelings for her strong? Did Trina envision a future similar to the one she hoped for herself? She couldn't seem to find the words to express all those swirling thoughts to Trina, either.

"What was the most entertaining thing you experienced this week?" she asked rather randomly, as if that might give her direction for those circling thoughts.
