"Ow," he said dramatically and flopped onto his back before shaking his head and climbing back to his feet. He looked at Cassandra laughing and rolled his eyes. He knew she could tell he wasn't actually hurt so he stuck his tongue out at her and went back to the wall.
He started again and this time he was more successful, getting past his previous sticking point without too much trouble because he had planned better. He felt a bit wobbly by the time he reached the top, but he assumed it was probably because despite each course being relatively short the repeated climbing was harder than it looked. He climbed back down most of the way, jumping the last couple of meters and beginning to shake out his arms and legs. "Okay, this is definitely a workout."
"Your go," he said, gesturing towards the climb he'd just completed.
