Kenzie had needed to pop down to her vault at Gringotts today to deposit the money she had made for finishing the movie. As she was leaving the bank, she had her phone in hand, texting back to Scarlett. They were making plans to go shopping the following day. Kenzie needed an outfit for the premier, even if she had no idea just when that was.

She picked her up from her phone in time to see Bash Pucey across the street, unable to stop the snicker that slipped from her. Sophia had slept with him. Her eyes swept over him, assessing if he might actually be good in bed. From what she’d heard, he was nothing but a cranky old man. From what she could see, that cranky old man was trapped in the body of an attractive twenty something.

A quick text to Scar, You’ll never guess who I just saw. Bash Pucey, out and about, before her phone was tucked away. She skipped across the street to greet the just slightly older man. She wasn’t about to waste the opportunity that was presented to her. After they had spent half the night looking up Bash on social media and finding two rather exciting posts.

“Hey, you dropped this!” she called out to Bash, doing a bit of hand waving magic. Bending to pick up a lighter that had already been in her palm. It was an excuse to talk to him. “Need a light?” she asked, holding the neon green lighter out to him.

She did look a little bit familiar. Maybe he'd met her during one of his many, many, many evenings at The Leaky Cauldron with Thomas? His confused look melted just a bit as he said, "Do you spend much time at The Leaky?" It felt a silly question - a lot of people spent a lot of time at that particular pub.

He looked behind her before back at her face, taking a closer look. She really did look familiar. "Wait a second, you're on WeeVee," he added, suddenly recognizing her from Grace of St. Mungo. But that wouldn't explain how she recognized him...

"I do, here and there," she admitted, wondering for the first time if they had run into each other before. There was always the chance she had met him while incredibly intoxicated, following Scar around on a pub crawl.

Thankfully though, he did recognize her. It was the first time she'd been recognized from her show, which just lit her up. "Oh! That's me, yes. I'm glad you recognize me. To be honest, you're far more attractive than the friend I thought you were," she said, flashing him a smile. Did she finally have him on the hook?

He blushed slightly, a rare, shy smile hitting his lips. "I'm sure it's the bad winter light," he tried to brush off the compliment.

"You're good on the show, what I've see of it at least. Stevens, right?" He hadn't seen every episode but had caught a couple during his insomnia, and he recalled a particularly powerful speech she'd given about sexism and beauty standards. She was a good actress, as much as he could say anything of the sort (he certainly wasn't an expert).

Had he blushed? She bit the corner of her lip, letting her eyes sweep down over his outfit, back to meet his. "Definitely not the light," she confirmed.

Kenzie nodded her head, dark curls moving with the motion. "That's right, thank you! That's so nice to hear. It's my first real acting gig. I'm going to be in a movie this summer, the Brunch Bunch, it's pretty good," she admitted, her own cheeks may have been just a touch flushed. Hands came together in front of her, nervously ringing together. "You wouldn't want to grab a drink, would you?" she asked, motioning with her hand in the vague direction of the Leaky.

His look turned unabashed as he noticed her look him up and down but then his eyebrows went up in surprise at her invitation. "A drink?" Was she... asking him out?

This was weird. This whole thing was weird. How did he answer? He was seeing Sofia, wasn't he? This was a whole new situation for him.

"You mean to, like, talk about your movie?" He wasn't sure how to proceed.

"Or to get to know each other," she answered with a smile. "Whichever," she said while shrugging her shoulders. She figured it couldn't hurt to try picking him up, maybe she'd get some good dirt to tell Scar.

She couldn't quite remember if he was dating Sofia or if they had just slept together. She'd have to double check with Scar, but pulling her phone out in that moment wasn't an option. She didn't want to be rude to her potential new friend.

Get to know each other, gods he could have groaned - that was a line he'd used himself before. Was this really happening? "I..." He still hesitated. Maybe he should just be honest?

"Listen, I... You're gorgeous, and I'm flattered, and I would like to get to know you, but you should know I'm sort of seeing someone. At least, I think I am." It wasn't like Sofia was his girlfriend, right? "It's new." Maybe that was the right way to put it. It didn't feel new, to him, but they'd also spent nearly every moment together for the last couple of weeks, right? He shrugged as if to say, 'well, your move.'

Kenzie was still getting used to accepting compliments, Bash calling her gorgeous had those dark brown eyes growing wider in surprise. What would Scar do in this situation? She was always so much better at all this. She gave him a wry grin as she knew just what to say. "I didn't ask if you'd wanted to come to bed with me. I can definitely understand if you're wary of being seen with me. The gossip rags do love to make things up, and you probably wouldn't want this new thing the wrong idea," she said, knowing she had already been linked to Albie. It was just a matter of time before they were able to link her to Jasper, Scar, and Wes as well.

A small, happy smile graced his face, "She's not the sort to worry about what gossip Winstas say, and she's also the sort that would actually listen to me and my side of things." Sofia really was a gem, wasn't she?

"But, you're right, I jumped to conclusions and I'm sorry for that," it was a more reasonable response than he might have normally had - had Sofia affected him so much already?

"I was just running some errands I can finish later, a drink sounds nice." He looked in the direction of V-Bar, the closes Pub, and raised his eyebrows - her move again.

Brows raised with interest as he described Sofia, at least she was assuming that was who he was describing. With as little she knew about him, she didn't think he had any a harem waiting on him. And damn him, he was making her feel guilty for flirting. Little Sofia had apparently met a good man.

"Your apology is accepted, as is the chance for a drink. Not many men would have apologized, you got extra points for that," she said happily, already starting to head towards V-Bar. "Have you ever had a coke with lime? Absolutely delicious."
