OUT OF CHARACTER

I'm gonna take a couple days of a personal slowatus. With all the stuff going on with my family and the hospital etc., I just need to relax and vegitate a little bit, because I've been spending the past week or so completely stressed.

I'll still be around. Available for mod questions and the like, and I'll probably still tag, but it'll be slower than usual.

I should hopefully be back Tuesday or Wednesday.

So, obviously Maddie 3.0 didn't work out, but I got struck by a different muse who seems to be a lot stronger in my head, so let's try this again, yeah? XD

Sergei is Yuri's younger brother. He works with dogs at Antheia's Repose, and is part of the Sub Aquam faction. Sergei is easy to get along with, if a bit shy. He's Russian, so his English isn't always perfect, but he tries. FULL PROFILE, because that's what it's there for. XD

AR friends? Sub Aquam buddies? People who don't like him? People to test out his ability? Anything! There's already been some discussion of things, but I'm totes down for more. And also things with my other characters, as well, since we don't have official monthly plot posts!

Tags are being worked on, but they may be a bit slow 'cause I'm not feeling all that great today. I haaaate this time of the year.

So, Ezra's reboot turned out not to be very Ezra at all. O_o

This is Liara Roy (born Nia Rhydderch). She's 21 and living in Caelum, in her late girlfriend's apartment. She's got Ezra's background in that she's Welsh and she's a street performer, but other than that, she has very little in common with him.

A street rat as a youth, she was adopted at the age of seven, and when the new world started one year later, she lived with her mother and sister for a year... until their mother was lost to a focus. Since then, she and her sister Bryn shed their Welsh names and have gone by more Americanized names.

I suck at this part, so it'll be easier to just do this and link you to her profile. XD

She's a friendly enough person, although she doesn't really trust too many people that easily! I'm open to basically any line with her, dudes. Come at me!

Oh! And she has no focus, but she has the ability of empathic mimicry, so anyone with powers their kids would be willing to share?

Starting today, we will officially be moving to real time! Meaning today is Monday, August 12th, 2053 IC. Events have pushed forward a month IC. We won't be posting day changes anymore, but if you have a question about the weather on a certain day, you can feel free to ask us!

DAY CHANGE IN-GAME DATE JULY 16, 2053 REAL LIFE DATES August 1st, 12:40PM EST — UNTIL WE'RE READY TO CHANGE OVER ❒❒❒❒❒❒❒❒❒❒ • The rain has dried up, and taken away some of the heat, leaving Caelum in a comfortable, moderate temperature for the day. Climate control in Caerulum has mimicked that temperature. At noon, the Meta-Dantis will come on TVs all across the cities, and announce security around his castle has tightened, because of raised threat awareness. He also announces that several guards will be posted in the city.

Lizi here, as you all probably know by now. And this is Ezra Norridge, former lead singer and rhythmic guitarist of the world renowned band, Destined Days. He lost all his bandmates in the bioattack, though, so now he's flying solo. Most people have probably seen him playing on the street. He's reasonably talented, so it's up to your character if they'd appreciate that or not!

Ezra's confident, occasionally to the point of cockiness, and he's a fun-loving guy who always likes to make sure the people around him are having a good time. While that seems like a good trait to have, sometimes he pushes it a little far and forgets how to be serious. It's potentially dangerous, with the world everyone's living in now.

To the very pit of his gut, Ezra has a trust problem with men. His mother, before she passed away, had many, many failed relationships, and Ezra grew up watching countless men walk out on his mother, and it's stuck with him to adulthood. His public enemy number one, as far as this mistrust goes is his brother-in-law, Stephen. He's very close to his baby sister and fears that she'll end up the same way as their mother did. I'd like for there to be both guys that ruffle him and guys that break this mold and have/can manage to earn his friendship. Any takers?

He's also got a budding alcohol problem, and an addictive personality, so getting him to try new things is potentially very dangerous, and this is already ridiculously long-winded, so I'll end it here and just link you to his profile!

DAY CHANGE IN-GAME DATE JULY 15, 2053 REAL LIFE DATES July 22, 3:46PM EST — UNTIL WE'RE READY TO CHANGE OVER ❒❒❒❒❒❒❒❒❒❒ • Back to business! Morning is sunny, but once afternoon sets in, it begins raining. By the time evening hits, it's a steady downpour with occasional thunder and lightning.

I changed the "day change" thing to whenever we're ready to change over. I figure for the first day or two, we'll need more than two days per game day, yeah?
