• The rain has dried up, and taken away some of the heat, leaving Caelum in a comfortable, moderate temperature for the day. Climate control in Caerulum has mimicked that temperature. At noon, the Meta-Dantis will come on TVs all across the cities, and announce security around his castle has tightened, because of raised threat awareness. He also announces that several guards will be posted in the city.
