Hey everyone, my name is Peeta and I'm new to the network. I'm a veteran and owner of a couple of bakeries called Mellarky. We make breads, pastries, cookies, cakes, pies, tortes, etc - I'm currently testing out bagels and doughnuts so hopefully that will get added to the menu soon. My main bakery is located in Santa Ana and I have a smaller satellite bakery in Anaheim near Disneyland that does mainly sweets and some bread.

So, let me ask you fine people - what's your favorite bakery item? This is a purely selfish question because I'm always looking to add new things to my menu.

Usually I would say cupcakes. But I don't know I have grown pretty partial to bread lately :)

Red velvet with that cream cheese frosting. So good.

Ooo, a classic. Solid choice. Cream cheese frosting is definitely one of the better frostings.

There might be a couple extra baguettes with your name on it at the shop if you want 'em

Oh man, that's a tough one. So, there's this Swedish dessert called a Princess Cake that's delicious - it has marzipan in it that I love. And for non sweet, I enjoy making these pepperoni rolls - super simple but delicious.

I think you may want to stop on by.
