Hey there! My name's Rhi and I've just joined the game with the delightfully quirky Abby Sciuto from NCIS. I'm very much looking forward to getting my girl out there into the chaos and to getting to game with you guys.
To give a quick run-down on Abby for those not familiar with NCIS: she's 28 (canon states late 20s, I picked the specific) and grew up as a hearing child to deaf parents, meaning she's proficient in sign language. She loves all things science and has been fascinated with forensics since she was a child, which made it almost inevitable that she would go into the field eventually. Though she works best alone, Abby is an inherently social person, and seems to be forever on the go thanks largely to the amount of caffeine she consumes. She's not easily shocked and in fact is fascinated in anything a little out of the ordinary and/or dark.
Abby tends to get on well with most people and tends to put her all into the friendships she makes. She's big on hugs (and doesn't always get that not everyone is like this) and while she can sometimes be difficult to understand, she nonetheless is loyal and would do anything for the people she cares about.
So...there she is in a nutshell. Looking forward to getting to know you all and getting out there! |

So, Colleen here, with two (three) more. Because I couldn't resist the possible irony, and. Well, I do miss them both (all)
First up is these two, Mosi and Ziva Kakra, otherwise known as Hathor and Sekhmet. PB'd by the lovely Tracie Thoms and Rosario Dawson respectively, the two are twins (more or less) and therefore get one journal to share, because I'm too lazy to log them in and out to answer for each other.
Hathor is the Egyptian goddess of motherhood, home, and the queens of Egypt. She's the more reasonable of the two, more mature, etc, etc. (If Ares wanted to claim he 'managed to pull her here', when he was trying for Hestia... more proof of his 'power' :P)
As for Sekhmet- she's a progression of Hathor, and the goddess of bloodshed, vengeance, and holy wrath. She's crass, a die-hard feminist and better than you.
The two balance each other out when they're together, but... are interesting, the 5% of the time they're apart. Beware!
The other addition, ![[info]](http://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) liamarcher, is a transplant from another game; he's a lion therianthrope, a doctor (probably along with the crew at Kent Memorial), and is a general sweetheart. Other than the whole 'full moon turns him into a lion' thing. His history's in the journal, and he'll be posting once I get the ladies taken care of.

Hey there peeps. This is Anne again, with my last pup for a while.
This is Nick Gant from the movie Push, which was really freaking good and really freaking underrated thanks to coming out right before Watchmen.
Anyway, this guy is a telekenetic, but he calls it being a "mover". But he hasn't ever really practiced very often so he's not very good at it. And he's spent his life staying away from this part of the government called The Division that wants all the people with abilities like him so they can run experiments on them and try to turn them into supersoldiers. Yeeeeeah.

Misha here, with one last add for January. No, seriously. I'm done. No more this month XD.
This is Jake. Jake is an OC. He's 9 years old. He's pretty enough to be a girl. His primary PB is Mingus Reedus, but I threw in a couple other random kids I found that looked enough like him that I can fudge it.
To recap Jake's life, Jake's mother was very young and ill prepared for motherhood, so she left Jake with his too young father, and sentenced Jake to a life of abuse and neglect, until someone stepped in to save him. That someone was the demon Azazel, present in UTR as firstscapegoat.

Hello! I'm Nathalie. I know some of you, but most I don't. So, this is me doing the intro. I'm 21. A college student. Double major, psych and political science. And that is it. Yay!
This guy here. Is James. Potter. With the Sirius in the middle. I can tell you right now, that calling him Harry's dad will be one of the quickest way to irritate him. Unless, you're a hot girl, or a cute guy. In which he'll just pout a bit. He has issues with his namesakes. However, he's no big pouty dude. Though he broods a lot. He's quite the Gryffindor. However, he's 21. He's mellowed ... a bit. He's grown up some from the end of the book. He's a musician. Original right? Well, James refused to fall in line with what his family does. He LOVES his family. Adores them. Like mad. Even Al. But he refuses to be in any of their shadows. Which is why he's a musician. Luckily enough he's ACTUALLY good. He's going to be replacing Jason Wade from Lifehouse. Forgive him if he does some manly squeeing.

Okay, so Davis has had a PB change. I went back to Kellan Lutz, who was his original PB. The only reason I didn't use him in the first place is because I didn't want people to think he was an Emmett Cullen clone, when in fact I have been playing him longer than Twilight was popular. I loved my new PB, but... he wasn't working as far as emotions other than 'Blue Steel' in the icon department. SO! Kellan is back, yay! |

Oh, hello there gentle viewers.
This is Anne, mun of Kurt Hummel and Sue Sylvester of Glee fame. Now I bring you Andrew Wells of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I think played him here, but it was years ago. Back in the GJ days. Anyway, he's one of my mainstay characters, I play him at every game I end up joining, and he should make me get more active and whatnot.
Aaaanyway. I'm going to be the one to throw a bit of a wrench in the gears here. Andrew is from the Season 8 comics. After the Predators and Prey storyline, which came out last summer and isn't really all that spoilerific. He's now 24, a Watcher, and all sorts of in charge of people in the slayer army. And he's seriously trusted, which would be the wrench in the gears. Buffy even calls him family, so yeah. He's also really, really smart, which they didn't show so much of on the show but talked about in the comics. (In his free time he was able to bring back as well as genetically alter a demon that had been extinct for thousands of years. Without magic. Yeah.)

I didn't see you online so I just thought I'd post to note that it's not me, it's him, and if you want me to quit it, please just say so. ^^ If there's some point when you're online when I am, I might want to talk to you briefly anyway, tho. Nothing huge, I just want to make sure my puppet isn't pissing yours off to Armageddon levels. He's a bit fragile right now and while I'm usually cool with letting him fuck with people as long as their muns are cool with it, I don't think he could deal with the fallout of actually significantly pissing Satan off.

So with permission from the mods, I bring you a 24 hour plot.
Since God is so incredibly, ridiculously, disgustingly happy with her new engagement to Leif ErikssonErik Northman, she's decided that everyone gets to be happy too. So starting this Thursday at 8 am PST until Friday at the same time, everybody will be stupidly happy. Silly grins, giggling out of nowhere, just dumbass happy for 24 hours.
This doesn't mean everyone is good, they can still be evil or badasses or whatever. It doesn't even mean people have to be nice. They just have to be deliriously happy in everything they do. Bad dudes can beat away on the helpless, but they oughta be whistling show tunes from Broadway and smiling while they do it! (j/k on the show tunes, but you're welcome to it if you want!) If your pup is normally depressed or hates his job and wants to stab his coworker in the eye? He'd do it with a smile and giggle! If your pup is Captain Beige? He'd be the boringest dude alive, but grinning like a loon! Basically, whatever your pup enjoys doing or hates, they'll look like they're happy doing it!
This is just God wanting to make the world as happy as she is, even if for only one day.

Whassup guys? It's me, Travis/Davis-mun and I figured I should expand my character list lest you all grow tired of dear ol' Davis. So I come bringing not one but two!
First off, this character. His name is Emmett Frost. He's the boy version of Emma, and he's a catty, bitchy, delightfully mean telepath who will probably aggravate your characters sooner or later. He has pretty much the same canon as Emma from the comics, only he's slightly younger and he didn't have an affair with any version of Cyclops. Fun times. :)
Also, since I'm obsessed with the show and I just recently re-watched all 7 seasons AND played the video game... I bring you Buffy Summers (sunnydalegirl). She drops in a little bit after the season 7 finale, so before all the slayer army stuff from the new comics.
Again, I'm still at spidersshield if you have plotty ideas for either one of these guys. :D |

Hi all!!
My name is Briege and I'm a Newbie to UTR and excited to be here and bring you two splendiferous (yes its a word) pups to play with.
Firstly this lady. From the Star Wars EU - Tenel Ka Djo. She's the one armed (thanks Jacen) Queen Mother of 63, maybe 64 worlds and is made of concentrated badass. No really. There's a brief history going to be on my wiki and then there's the Wookiepedia. Be warned. It is loooong. Basicly she's had a bit of a bad year all things considered, and has come here from her palace in the cluster of planets she rules alone without the daughter she had to give up on account of people trying to kill her and she's just lost the love of her life to... well that I'll leave to be discovered. But SW players what points in cannon are yours from so we can sort this out (so not used to saying SW players, we are few!) I'm bringing her post Legacy: Invincible.
Next is Quinn Fabray from Glee.Journal -babymommaquinn Former Cheer Queen, joined Glee to get her boyfriend back. It sort of worked and all would have probably been okay were she not pregnant with someone elses kid. Wine coolers, so many wine coolers. I think it is time for me to stop merely taking up space.
My life has exploded and is progressing in every way I could possibly want it to. I'm doing well in college, pursing my love of learning and knowledge. I've got a fantastic job which will hopefully progress into something more permanent...and my social life is actually flourishing for once. These are all the reasons why I've been completely disconnected from this game and haven't played.
I've told myself for the past month or so, over and over again, that I'd pick up playing again. Clearly I haven't done that and you know what? I'm alright with it. I think the lines with my characters died long ago and I feel closure for each and every one of them.
So with that little speech out of the way, and without further ado, I will take my leave. It has been fun guys (for the few of those who actually remember who I am), and this game has been nothing but amazing. It has been a part of my life for quite a few years now and I've seen good and bad times with it.

So yeah... hi, I'm the new guy. I totally hate being the new guy, it's awkward and stuff. I'm Travis. Nice to meetcha'.
I'm bringing in a character that I've had locked away for about 4 years. He's Davis and he's from an alternate future of the Marvel universe where the heroes that went to the Secret War never returned, so all kinds of wackiness ensued. He's been a junior Avenger, an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D., and an assassin... but he tries not to brag, lol. Don't let all that scary stuff fool you, he's hung his hat in all that stuff and is pursuing a normal life as a Tae Kwan Do instructor at a youth center in London. He's a big softie at heart and loves to work with the kids, so if you're playing a young character, they could take one of his courses. :)

And it's Misha with two more. I know, I know. I am an addict. At least this addiction isn't likely to land my butt in jail, and so far it hasn't cost me my job.
The first is a returning face. Adriel Young, the child of Adam Young, from Good Omens, making him Satan's grandson. He's still about three, living with Ares and Aphrodite, and PB'd by the adorable Kingston Rossdale.
Second is a very young goddess who has been separated from her parents. Her name is Serenity. Joan Girardi (Joan Of Arcadia) is her mother, and Bliss is her father. She was actually born in an LJ game some years ago. She's about four now, and PB'd by the adorable Matilda Ledger.

This is Elise. She's a Knight Rider OC, the daughter of Kitt and Jennifer Knight. It's a long story and I haven't written it all up yet but suffice to say she's a human/AI hybrid, incredibly intelligent, and really not all that friendly. Her mother was in prison for the first seven years of her life, having only recently been released, and is more than slightly insane. Elise isn't the most stable of personalities either, and she knows she's different from other children, and doesn't have a lot in common with them. Since Coll intro'd Holmes, you probably knew Watson was on his way, always a step behind. As I've not read Doyle (shame, shame I know. Shame on me), Watson is strictly movie'verse. He's falling in a moment or two behind Holmes, much like Wilson would follow House. In or out hardly matters, does it? Indeed, where Watson follows Holmes in tonight, Wilson is heading out behind House. There's a line, really. Ray and the girls, Chase...Four out, two in...
Right. My other "new" one is, like Wilson and Chase and even Ray and the girls, walking through the revolving door. he's been in, he's been out, he's been back and dropped again. Forgive me I'm in an odd and rambling mood tonight that is usually reserved for when I'm on OTC meds for a cold, and I don't know why. Hopefully someone out there is amused by my meandering thoughts tonight. If not, sorry.

Hey guys- Colleen here. I'm certain even as I'm typing this, Misha's working on hers (And Jewels, too. You know you want to, Satan!). At least you can't say we ever shock you folks, I guess.
This here is one Sherlock MF-ing Holmes. He is tumbling in somewhere near the end of the movie, right before all of the dosh with... the villian from the end of the movie. So, kind of vaguely in the middle of the literary canon, for those of you that actually, y'know, read. (I can't get more specific without either ruining the movie, or showing just how long it's been since I've read Doyle, so that's what you get!)
Needless to say, the idea of the internet is going to be all at once fascinating and dismaying for the good Detective, but he'll do his best.
However, in keeping with my tradition: as one comes in, another goes. House, sadly, is on his way out. I haven't been playing him like I should, and frankly he and Holmes are pretty much the same person, sans accents. So there is that.
Since I haven't posted an OOC since, I don't think: Happy new year, everyone! Me and mine (Crowley, Dominic, Flynn, Harry, Jax, Jesus, John, Kezia, 'Kai, Murphy, Pietro, Raven, Sam, and Tobias- good lord, I didn't think I still had that many!) are all up for plot. Hi guys, Sage here. Have you some Dorian Gray. He's a hedonist of the epic variety, and probably would bone your pup if you asked kindly. He also gives into other vices a lot, so if your pup is a recovering alcoholic, there's a good chance Dorian here will talk them into drinking. Just assume that if Pup with vice meets Dorian, Dorian will appropriate the vice and make it a situation of "Is it really that bad?"
He's giving like that.
Anyway, if you know Dorian Gray's actual story, well, it's that too. He's just had another hundred years to perfect his sins, because he was never redeemed. Mazel tov. |

Every so often, Aziraphale likes to entertain a change in face.
Previous faces have included Noah Wyle, Brad Pitt, and Keith Urban. I may be missing someone. I feel like there was another, other than Paul Bettany. I have too many Bettanys on my current roster XD. Heath ledger is obviously the current face, with long haired Pitt thrown in from time to time.
As we head in to a new year, Zira is again considering a new face, and that is the purpose of this post. It's sort of an unofficial poll. If I knew how to make polls, I'd make one, but alas. The unofficial sort of poll will have to do.

Since all of them except Spock have been in like twice, if that, I'm sure no one will miss them. I AM sorry to give up Spock, but as much as I love him as a character, I just don't have the time or interest to devote to make him a really good presence in the game, so I think it's only fair that someone else should be able to play him if they want to.
Pending approval from both mods and my schedule permitting, I will be bringing in a new character within the next week or so -- Bunny Munro Jr, from the new novel The Death of Bunny Munro by Nick Cave. He's 9 years old. He's cute. You'll be able to read more about him by clicking his profile link when/if he is approved and entered into play. I know it may seem a bit o'erhasty to do a premature introduction for an unapproved character, but having both time and attention span coincide is so rare for me, I figured I might as well.

So having gone to the mods for permission to spring a surprise plot on you people, I come bearing gifts. These gifts are in the form of INFLUENCE.
Lucifer, being a good person by inclination if not by habit, has been trying to think of a good birthday present for the Jesus. (Jesus Christ, that is. Lamb of Hosts.) And after some consideration, he's decided to give Jesus Peace on Earth and Good Will Towards Men.
So starting 12:01 AM on Christmas Day, no one on Earth will be capable of cruelty for a full twenty-four hours. They will certainly be able to think mean things, but they won't be able to act on them. Even towards people they're inclined to dislike, people will find themselves noticing the good things. No one will be able to intentionally cause pain or harm to another person (well, except for consenting adults in the privacy of their own bedroom). For the entirety of Christmas, everyone is going to fucking get along.
This isn't a full-on personality change. You don't have to make the devil into a cuddly bunny. But you know how sometimes, you just get into the mood where you're inclined to think the best of someone? That's what the whole world will be like. Merry Christmas, J.Chrizzle! |
