So, Cass found a Goblin in the basement, I told him to either put a leash on it or put it outside. We've got enough of a menagerie that it wouldn't be out of place, but I think they do better being free-range.

(What if Henn had spent more time with Cass right out of high school?)

I'm afraid they've come topside a little more frequently. Most of them are rather upset by the rain that's happening in the kingdom. The vast majority aren't used to that sort of weather. I'm sure he's back where he was found, however. Once they claim a spot as theirs, it's theirs, whether trapped or let go elsewhere.

I've seen goblins travel several hundred miles to get back to their dwelling place. Good luck with attempting to rid yourself of it.

Oh I don't mind having it around, just as long as it knows that the cat is not a toy. Though I figure if that's a problem, Mamba will teach it himself.

Depending on how large it is, it may think of a cat as a mount, not a toy. The smaller ones find cats to be perfect war mounts.

It's about the same size as the cat, actually, Mamba's pretty big for a cat though. Guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens.

Well, if we ever go to war, which is entirely doubtful, considering the great peace that's come over the kingdom these past few centuries, you might wind up catless. You've been warned.

Other than that, it shouldn't cause much trouble. It may hide things for a laugh, or make minor messes in your home, but it won't eat much.

Oh, well that's alright then, he'll fit right in with the rest of us. And on the off-chance that he does end up being a war-steed, I think he'll do just fine, grew up in an alley in a swamp, was fighting off rats twice his size every day.

Glad to know that one of my subjects might be of use or amusement to someone at least. What works for babies, it should be noted, works just as well for goblins, if he ever does become a burden to you.

I'll definitely keep that in mind, thank you.
