SO APPARENTLY THE INTERNET STILL EXISTS! Man, I suck at keeping track of things. Sometimes work and other work, and then random fell-into-it work all get so hectic that I forget to do simple things like get online. Or, you know, sleep. Sleep is fun. I like sleep.
What is going down, my vortex-transplanted brethren? Anyone up for some late night arcade hustling? I bet you kids 20 bucks I can beat any and all of you at Pacman! Except you, deity-types. I know you cheat. Cheater mcCheatypants god-people.

While you may have heard that caffeine is another big no-no during pregnancy, it's actually okay in moderation. After years of controversy, most researchers now believe that, although caffeine does cross the placenta, moderate amounts (less than 300 milligrams a day) won't harm your baby. That's about what you'd get from two to three 8-ounce cups of coffee. (However, you could get that much from just one 8-ounce cup if it's brewed very strong.)
That means I can probably have half a cup of Nate's coffee.
That is the best thing I've read all week. |

I think I shall throw a party this weekend at my club. A masquerade. And I do intend on throwing a costume party for Halloween as well, but I am in the mood for something... now.
Everyone, is of course, invited. Wouldn't be a party otherwise. |

It has come to my attention that my husband has the ability to sound like a woman when he's a car. Also, I can win any argument while he's a car. It's not strange, just a bit unsettling.
