I’ve been roleplaying now for something like fifteen years but there’s one type of story I don’t think I’ve done before: a story of two guys falling in love. I’ve done plenty of male/male pairings, but the simplicity of two people getting to know each other and being happy has always been kind of elusive. There’s either a lot of angst or on obstacle in the way or it’s quite smutty and… all those things are great but I just want to focus on what it’s like for two people, two friends, to slowly fall for each other. They’ve never been this situation before and they’re just happy. All the other stuff, all the drama, comes in later. That brings me to what I’m looking for: Simply, Miz and Primo falling in love. Miz and Primo being happy. Drama later. It all goes back to Morrison & Miz feuding with Primo & Carlito over the tag titles. For a lot of that feud it's Miz interacting with Primo. They had a match on WWE's ECW that got almost four stars.
( I've wanted to do a storyline with Miz and Primo ever since. I like how they're so different, both in terms of who they are and how their careers have turned out since then. Miz is a charismatic white guy. He's one of WWE's biggest stars. Primo is... not. Primo is totally forgotten now.
I imagined them communicating very much like they did in their feud. Bickering. Arguing. Making fun of each other. At first, it's almost like they hate each other. But one night, after Miz has a bad fight with Maryse or maybe he's just doubting himself... Primo is there. He doesn't take shots. He doesn't mock. He just listens.
If you know anything about Miz, you know that no one expected him to succeed. He's often mentioning that. So what if, during their feud, Primo showed him support. Primo believed he could be a solo star, away from John Morrison? I think that their relationship would slowly change.
Eventually, they catch feelings for each other. They start fooling around. And it's a great time for both of them. But it's also complicated because Miz is in the closet and he's involved with Maryse.
In the original idea, I had Miz break up with Primo shortly after Miz wins the WWE title. But I'm open to where it goes. I'm open to brainstorming. I'm very interested to see how they'd interact today - Miz is about to be a dad, he's riding high, he finally has the respect that very few people were willing to give him. But I imagine there still might be some unfinished business with Primo. They are different people. It was almost ten years ago that they met. But some things never change. )
That's definitely a storyline I want more than any other, and that I’m most focused on. I'd be willing to help with graphics and whatever else but I'm open to anything and anyone; so long as there is attention given to writing and character-building. I'm open to het/slash and I'd be willing to consider RPGs.
