Looking for an age gap line with historical/fantasy setting attributes. World building and secondary characters in the line are loved and encouraged to make a rich and complex experience.
War seemed to loom on the horizon between much stronger nations and the two kingdoms caught in the middle feared the worse. It was a marriage contract penned for the unity and survival of the two small kingdoms before either had children. Due to the nature of the contract it was written with vague wording. Decades passed and the contract was all but forgot about as the two kingdoms flourished. The mighty King of the coastal kingdom and a sprawling empire had only one child, a son. The king of the smaller mountain kingdom, a center of art and culture, had two children one much younger than the other. The heir of the coastal kingdom, now the king himself, when he caught sight of the unwed second in line, he knew he had to enforce the contract and make the beauty his own.
I would love to play the younger prince sent to the empire as an ambassador as a way of fulfilling the contract but the older prince, now king, wants him just as the contract dictates.
