As seen in the preview, a black-clad Hand ninja murders (well, might be too strong a word; intervenes lethally to stop them from executing an innocent man) some crooked cops and their judge boss, prompting Norman to send Bullseye and a small army of HAMMER agents up against Daredevil and his new Hand minions. Bullseye flees, and Daredevil pursues, intending to take him on mano-a-mano, as per usual:

I take that this bit is a reference to the fact that Hell's Kitchen in the real world isn't really Hell's Kitchen anymore, with the massive influx of moneyed types over the last few years. The comics (understandably) haven't caught up to that.
DD and Bullseye land on the roof, and Daredevil wonders exactly what is going to make this different from all the other times they've fought and he's beaten him?
The entire building is leveled, killing 107 people. Admirable synergy on the part of all aspects of Osborn's empire, at least.

Elsewhere, the black-clad ninja from the opening is shown departing the scene. Said ninja heads back to an office tower, where it turns out the instigator of this whole chain of events is...
