They took away Norman Osborn and Eddie Brock's memories of Spider-Man's secret identity, which pretty much invalidates the point of their characters, so I don't see why they wouldn't make the same mistake with Felicia.
And expecting any sort of prompt or satisfying resolution is, at this point, a proven mistake. I wouldn't be surprised if we manage to make it through the six-issue MJ arc without learning what she knows (or doesn't) about Peter's secret identity, and I'm convinced that the reason why his secret identity is once again secret won't be revealed until 2010.
These stories are being told by people who have no comprehension whatsoever of what constitutes a "story."
