The story mostly opens and focuses on Reddy and his wife and daughter but given we all know him and his awkwardness as a human already lets go straight to the whole his new family deal.
Ya know I never thought of T.O. as evil just kinda crazy at times but I'll roll with it. And I still don't know what the deal with him and his chair is, maybe we'll find out in issue 3 or later?
And here's the main focus of the story, Reddy trying to track down the beacon he's begun to notice recently.
But...he's not the only one whose noticed the beacon... re-introducing Red Volcano! (Whose previously appeared in DC Universe 0 helping gather the material that helped create Genocide over in Wonder Woman)
One thing that really bugs me is his name. Red Volcano is much more a name evocative of say fire than Earth particularly since he's always molten but I guess Red Tremor or Red Earthquake would sound silly.
Red Volcano begins interrogating T.O on his prior creations, Volcano considers Morrow his daddy since Ivo made him but he wouldn't have been able to do so without Morrow's designs.
We get cut off from hearing but we find out where Red Inferno is next issue.
Of course Reddy has been busy during all this time Morrow's been getting tortured by Volcano.... and discovers...
I'd like to point out to you Reddy that you had a sister you could've contacted...granted she's no longer a fembot but I digress.
I'll continue tomorrow with issue #2 so I can catch up before #3 comes out Wednesday.
