Ichirin spent most of her time running around, tending to the food, while Kogasa and Kyouko assisted her. All around the tables were a massive array of food, all kinds of meat, from different types of cooked deer, including Murasa's favorite, deer jerky, to roast lion, and rotisserie style boar and chicken. Of course, that was just the main dishes. Vegetable soup, and many different types of bread and other vegetarian dishes are there. Side dishes, vegetables of all kinds, some known like corn and potatoes, and some specific to that world. Further down the tables are spiced apples, cherry cobbler, different varieties of pies, and all sorts of odd dishes from around the world.

| A pleasent conversation |

Winry had done a fine job on the leg that was now attached to Shou. It had hurt, needless to say, and had left Shou really wanting to just curl up in a ball and die. Fortunately the pain had passed for the most part, and now all that was left was rest and rehabilitation. And one other pesky matter. So, after night fall, she sat up in bed, bending her new leg experimentily, waiting for the cat in the hospital to make it's way around. When it finally did, she called out to it, "Cocoa Bean! Come here, Cocoa Bean." She smiled, as it came over, and hopped up on the bed with her, looking up expectantly for scritches. Shou happily obliged, and sat there for a few minutes, deep in thought, before nodding to herself. "Gate Master, sir? I know you can hear me through the cat, right?" She says quietly, still petting the cat, who has now draped itself over her leg. |

| Pursuing Worries. ((Closed)) |

Shou had spent a great deal of time worrying and fussing over her thoughts. When she was in Silent Hill, there had been talk about killing 'God' and a problem with the power she contained. Bishamonten had expressly ordered her not to kill Kanako, but she had only written it off as it likely causing an imbalance in the power, but now....she wasn't so sure. She didn't know who she could really ask, without revealing her concerns too much. Then it came to her. Sheska might have an idea. So, she waited for Winry to stop by, and talk to her. |

| Decision making time |

Shou was awake again, and had spoken to Nazrin for awhile, before sending her off to return to security, though she had a feeling that she was going to go back to the temple to check on it. This had left her with a large amount of time to think about everything. There was a lot in her mind to go through. Not the least of which trying to remember what had happened. She didn't remember breaking the seal on herself. She also didn't know what to do now. So, she just sat up, watching out the window, and singing quietly to herself. |

| Finishing the Fight (open to anyone who wants to notice) |

It only took a few minutes from the time Shou went into the portal that she came back out. She had gone in cloaked in armor, now she came back out, her spear buried in Kanako's chest, white hair, and with only one leg.
"RAGHHH!" She screamed, blasting her foe repeatedly, lighting up the sky with the amount of firepower she was putting out. Kanako had ceased fighting, lying on the ground. Alive, but barely. "ABSOLUTE CLARIFICATION!!!!" Which prompted a blast, much like the one she used to summon the Gate the first time. |

| Paying old dues |

Now that she had gotten back from her old home, it was time for Shou to take care of a few things. The first thing being her (as far as she knew) staggering hospital bill. While Nazrin was out flying, getting the lay of the land, Shou decided to stop in to talk to Winry. She gets to the door and then knocks, holding one of the large bags she had brought with her. |

Simon had been by to check on Shou's progress, and as promised, today was the day he felt comfortable enough with releasing her, the way her wounds were healing.
"How are you feeling today, Shou?" he asked as he stepped inside the room. "Ready to get out of here?" |

About mid-morning the next day, Sarah headed over to the clinic to make a visit to Shou. Heading up to the second floor, she started looking around in some of the offices to ask which room Shou was in--they probably wouldn't appreciate her just walking in on their patient. |

About an hour after Winry finished with the lesser injured people, Simon and Russell finished Shou's surgery. Her broken bones were set, and torn blood vessels were reattached and closed, and the wounds cleaned. The severe burning to her chest was treated, with the dead skin debrided, and the site flushed several times to eliminate any contaminants.
While Russell was getting the still-unconscious Shou comfortable in post-op, and injecting the medication Simon prescribed into the IV, Simon removed the scrubs and went looking for Winry.
"She'll make it," Simon said, "barring any secondary infection, which is still a huge risk at this stage. Russell said that Ed would be a better option for the burn? I had to remove quite a bit of dead skin, and normally that would be treated with a graft, but he said Ed could make it grow back?" |

Sarah fumbles for her PIN, somehow managing to hit the button for the apartments through the haze of fear and adrenaline blurring her thoughts and actions. She barely even notices as Tsuri erupts into the air above her with a cry, still gripping Shou's spear tight as she runs past the apartments to the clinic.
Shou...oh God, Shou, they just got back and she's not even sure she'll be okay. She bursts into the building and looks around wildly, running up the stairs to where she thinks the offices are supposed to be. "W-Winry? Russell! Someone, I need help!" |
