The Voldemort Fest

This is the the sign-up post for the prompt-based ficathon. To sign-up for the exchange, please head over here.

If you decide to sign up for the exchange, you're not allowed to claim a prompt in ficathon until you submit your work for the exchange.

You can claim no more than two prompts. If you submit your entry early, you can come back and claim more. You decide if you use it for art or fic.

Each prompt can be claimed only twice.

Fics must be at least 1,000 words long, spell checked and beta read. Artwork should be more than a quick and dirty sketch.

The mod reserves the right to return a story or an artwork if she feels that it does not meet quality or prompt description.

All participants must stay anonymous and cannot post their stories elsewhere until the reveal.

Author's Notes: This is.... inspired by a whole lot, actually, and because of that it has had so many beginnings and patterns. Inspiration-wise, this is dedicated to Bells and Meda as well as the Riddle Gifts fest itself and all of fandom in general. ♥ I hope everyone enjoys it!
Prompt(s): 33. Voldemort manages to catch Harry. Instead of killing Harry, Voldemort offers Harry the chance to learn from him. Harry accepts. (AU, obviously) - can be gen, slashy goodness welcome. (suggested by sapphiretragedy)

Riddle Fest will be split into exchange and ficathon. In ficathon you choose from the list of prompts and draw/write your work based on it. To have something to choose from first you have to leave some suggestions. If you don't draw/write but you'd like to see your ideas made flesh, this is your chance, though we cannot guarantee that your prompt will be picked.

How to proceed?

1. Read ( the list of prompts ) and if you think that you have an idea that wasn't suggested yet...
2. ...comment here with your prompt.

Your suggestion must be meant for Tom Marvolo Riddle/Lord Voldemort as a main character. You can suggest whether you'd like it to be an art or fic; gen, het or slash; what characters could/should appear there; scenarios; ratings; etc. You can be as vague or specific as you like. You can suggest as many prompts as you like.

Suggesting the prompts doesn't mean that you have to draw/write something.
