Did a short meditation today in which Leon was actually audible. Though I hear him telepathically I don't always hear him physically. However, I do hear Carol, DH's guide as she often calls my name to wake me in the middle of the night. I think when my husband is working at night and decides to worry with whether or not Kitten is o.k. Carol will call my name so I wake up. Which of course makes me have to go to the bathroom which in turn gets me to check on kitten. It's a conspiracy...
