Weekly Reminders

• We've added a lot of new people lately, so make sure your friends list is up-to-date.


• If you've had a birthday during the past week or so, let us know so we can update your age on the contact info.


• We still have a lot of needed characters, so please take a moment to check the cast list and see if you know anyone who would be interested in filling some our vacancies.


• The Monster Page of Links includes links to entries that will help you get characters to join your threads, contact other players, and access the anonymous journal (but let us know if you see anything we forgot).

If you haven't picked your character's classes yet, this page should help (but let us know if it doesn't).


Some IJ Issues:

• There seem to have been a lot of problems with comment notifications lately, so be sure to scan your friends list too, to make sure you haven't received any replies.


• Be sure to log in to whatever account you use to read your friends list, or you might miss some entries.


• If you do get comment notifications, please save them! I've also seen some problems with disappearing comments. which heralded the beginning of the end for GJ, a few years ago. There is supposed to be an update pending to fix this problem, but for now, I'm going to resume local backup of threads. I may just be paranoid here -- and I probably am, because squeaky will probably zig where GJ's system zagged (since squeaky actually has, y'know, plans and stuff) -- but I don't want us to lose anything else.
