Good Morning,

I have a proposal that I would like to acquire your approval before proceeding. I have an invention of some import that I would like to test out on the Montrose practice pitch during the Montrose Quidditch Team's practice. The invention is a monitoring system and would by no means interfere with the players, the equipment, or the practice itself, save for the placement of some physical markers on their person; however it does require some rather extensive set-up on my part, so I am hoping that I may have the pleasure of some forward notice of about a week. I would be happy to discuss this further with this group at large if you have a meeting time that may work for the group.

	I'll want to be sure there's no risk to the players but assuming there's not, I don't see a problem. Since he wants a meeting to discuss it, I'm sure he can answer my questions then. (Reply to this) (Parent)

	Mr. Macmillan, The team staff would be interested in meeting with you to discuss this invention further and hopefully reach an agreement. Would the week of the 5th work for you?
