The long trip to Nova Sanco had been a rather uneventful one, after all of the nonsense with the orcs. Even though the trip was long, she was pretty sure that Adnan hadn't warmed up to her much. That wasn't surprising, considering her demeanor. Still she helped him into the human city, and to find his friends. Then it was off to find her sister. It didn't take her long to find the other halfling, thanks to the communication system they all had. Nova Sanco was such a huge place, that sometimes even she didn't know where the hell she was. The end of the festival was approaching and so thankfully it meant less people than usual. Good. She couldn't stand crowds.
After meeting up with Mellie, she sat down to tell her all about the man that fell from the sky and nearly got torn apart by some orcs without her assistance. She was then eager to hear about her sister's own interactions with the space people. After which they had been discussing the merits of the space people being around, and what it meant for everyone. She was sure that the nobility was going to try and nip this whole thing in the bud as fast as they possibly could. She wasn't sure if she believed the story about a ship in the sky that exploded and landed everyone on their world. She hadn't even thought about other planets before, truth be told.
"I suppose with their ship blown to bits, that it's impossible to confirm or deny this story that they're all telling. Though there is a lot of them, for them to be making something like this up. I just don't know. It's so.. odd. Their clothes are odd. And it's all humans. What's that about?" she was saying with a sigh as they walked through the town. Wasn't there that whole getting people out of jail thing too? Hm.
Roslyse turned around the corner, and happened to look up at the right time. There was someone coming towards them both. A human, male and someone she hadn't seen in.. in a really long time. She froze in her tracks, eyes wide.
