MEME: Dog Breeds

My favourite game to play at the bar is "What breed of dog would you be?" where I determine what breed of dog my friends would be based on my comprehensive and pointless knowledge of everything canine. Real people are not enough and I'm mad with power, so I want to do this for your characters! And, like, other people can also give input. I guess.

Yes, this meme is completely self-indulgent.

Fill out the form and I'll tell you what kind of dog I think they would be if they were a dog! WIN-WIN. (I'll post an example with Kurt.) Disclaimer: Most of these will probably be bigger dog breeds because they're what I know best. Sorry not sorry for the bias, big dogs are the bomb.

Social Disposition: Mostly guarded to strangers, doesn't tend to really open up to people. She tends to try and be in control of situations, and tends to treat people who she thinks need protecting like children. So she doesn't really have a big group of actual friends because either she treats you like a kid or she's kind of a dick to you and sometimes it's just not worth the effort.
Independence: Rosy is mostly of the NO I DO NOT NEED HELP, I CAN DO IT MY OWN DAMN SELF school of thought. But also I could not in good conscience call her dependent when she and Sy are tied together. Like an anchor to another anchor.
Loyalty: Selectively devoted, and super protective of those that she's devoted to.
New Situations: Guarded, pessimistic, fairly cautious. She tries to act like she doesn't need help and find her own damn way through this new mess or potential mess.
Energy/Play: Rosy can generally hang out and be chill and read a book or do her homework, she doesn't have a lot of pent up energy, but she has a lot of endurance. If she's feeling froggy she's mostly just kind of a dick. She might punch people a lot. Like playfully punch but sometimes she might punch too hard. Playfully give you a bruise.
Fears: Literally: Losing her brothers. More abstractly: showing weakness. She mostly responds by trying to be in control of a situation, but when that doesn't work or isn't an option, she gets angry and/or violent. THAT IS ALWAYS AN OPTION.
Environment: ~~You should make sure your Stoker has plenty of room to roam and work off their excess energy or else they become aggressive.~~ A big backyard to run in circles around and a big fireplace to read in front of. Or idk man just somewhere warm. Dog Rosy can go to a dog park as long as she lives somewhere without winter.
Mantra: There's always someone better than you.

Rosy is an Akita!
- Akitas are protective as hell toward their family and very wary of strangers
- If not socialized properly an Akita can react overly dominant to new experiences or people. If socialized properly, they're more aloof and serious.
- Territorial
- Very clean~ and also very intelligent
- Thrives when dealt with by confident and experienced handlers
- BONUS FACT: Because they are somewhat predisposed to aggression, Akitas are sometimes on the same breed-specific legislature (read: banned) lists as pit bulls. Rosy and Chris, banned together!
- BONUS BONUS FACT: Hachikō, the dog who waited every day at Shibuya Station for his human (even after the owner human away), was an Akita!

& you totally cracked the code: this is an excuse for me to look at dog pics and gifs all morning.
