Find Icons

So I'm not looking for icons, but for the name of the person in the icons. I made these icons literally years ago and thought they were gone, I recently found them on a back up drive and am desperate to find the name of the guy. I believe he's a model (maybe?) and it's on the tip of my tongue and scratching the back of my brain and making me nuts.

Any help, pretty please?
