Who: Lavender Brown and Ernie Macmillan. Seamus is welcome, too, if he's still at Lavender's!
What: The panicky meanderings of a flighty woman.
Where: Lavender's Flat.
When: BACKDATED; Friday night.
Rating: Not high, I wouldn't think.
The end of the night had been a flurry.
Everything had been going so well. Despite a few select glares to Seamus for being the stubborn, unwilling-to-dance-with-his-bestest-fema
Lavender was just hitting her fourth flute of champagne, and feeling quite good about it, when the ball was intervened, and people were suddenly being escorted out. She could catch details here and again, though most weren't keen on going past that there had been an 'incident.'
And incident. What kind of incident? They were all in danger. They must have all been in danger.
And so she clung to Ernie, naturally. He was her date. He was chivalrous, and more over? He was a good friend. She wouldn't dare allow herself to think about what happened the last time she requested a friend of hers come over because she was afraid. In the rush of people being escorted out, she hardly even had the time to search for Dean, Seamus, or Parvati.
"Go home with me? Please? Pleasepleaseplease? I don't want to be alone."
