RP: What's so horrible about Umbridge?
Date: April 27, 2006
Characters: Cass, Susan
Location: Susan's flat
Private/Public: Private
Rating: PG?
Warnings: Angry Susan
Summary: While Percy insists on working on Sundays, Cass goes to visit Susan.
He had hoped that the funeral would convince Percy to slow down for a while, take it easy, just a few days off in Italy to rest. He'd already asked Emilia if he could use the villa if needed, and she had agreed, only Percy refused not to work. In fact he was almost working harder – which he explained by a new Minister (though he was clearly not happy with her) as well as the need to get the job done.
Cass knew better than to argue by now, and Percy was already pissy about Morag finding out far too much due to his mistake (so he wasn't always thinking clearly when drunk, but wasn't that the reason for getting drunk in the first place? To not think?)
Either way, he was alone. And since he'd never liked alone, staying that way was really not an option. After taking Plato on a walk he left him at home and grabbed his broom, flying over to Susan's and knocking the door before entering, finding her almost manically cleaning the immaculate kitchen. Ok, so someone was in a bad mood.
'Trying to scrub the wood off the counter?' he asked with a smirk, leaning on the doorframe while still ready to duck any hexes or jinxes she might throw his way. Intentional or otherwise.
