I am announcing our 2008 Holiday Sale that will occur on Friday November 28th, 2008.

We are running the sale in 2 phases.

The first sale will start at 6am(EST) Noon(EST).

The prices will be as follows

Insane Userpics: $65
Permanently Insane: $30
1 Year Self-Committed: $20
6 Months Self-Committed: $10
12 Months Extra Userpics: $10
6 Months Extra Userpics: $6
Rename Tokens: $4

Then from Noon(EST) until Midnight(EST) we will have the second part of the sale.

The prices will be as follows

Insane Userpics: $100
Permanently Insane: $50
1 Year Self-Committed: $20
6 Months Self-Committed: $10
12 Months Extra Userpics: $10
6 Months Extra Userpics: $6
Rename Tokens: $4

After midnight Insane Userpics and Permanently Insane Accounts will not be for sale and the rest of the prices will go back to normal.

these all sound pretty good, especially $30 perm accounts.

on another note, do you have a timeline for fixing the site issues? or any idea when a few of them might be resolved?

Question: are you offering Permanently Insane accounts at these sales, or is this a userpic sale only?

It sounded as though you meant "accounts" until your last line, which mentions Permanently Insane Userpics.

Even with the Australian dollar drilling a hole in the floor, and the current exchange rate being $1AU=2 lumps of corrugated goat's poo, that's too good an offer to pass up.

Damned time zones and shift work though. I'll have to dash home from work.

I told my friends about the sale, but I still have one question. Any chance those of us who already have the Insane Userpics option will ever be able to upload them on IE7 without the screen freezing? Or even to have Firefox do it without timing out before they load in 90% of the attempts? It's been a year since I bought them.

Okay, regarding the userpics. First, for the "free patient" accounts, we can add permanent extra userpics, yeah? How many icons are we allowed then?

And just clarifying here with the new sales coming up:
Insane Userpics: 5000?? Are those permanent?
Permanently Insane account: 300 userpics, yeah? But those users may purchase extra icons up to 500, right?

I'm not sure if the rules are the same with this holiday sale. ^^;;

What if we want to make one of our accounts Permanently Insane but it's already a paid account for the next four months.. do we just lose the money that we put into making that journal paid? ;[

Sales are great, but what's happening with all the bugs? It's been almost three weeks since the last news post, what's been fixed? Custom filters are still giving me major problems, shouldn't that be an easy fix?

I don't know if you know this or not squeaky but IJ isn't sending out comment notifs anymore. Or hasn't been. Maybe it's just my journals or something. Or you already went over that. In which case. Nevermind :)
