Email blocked?
Due to some of the feedback I have received here I believe that some of our mail may be blocked by one of the large email provider. If you are not receiving notifications or validation emails please let me know here who your email provider is.

Also, the move is now complete, so if you are still not seeing some of your userpics, you will need to remove and re-upload them. I apologize for loosing some of them.

In addition, I want to use this space to address some concerns that were brought up about scheduling downtime. I do admit that I should have done a better job at letting everyone know when I would be on working the site. The reason I did was that there was so much work to do that I was working on the site every time I had a free moment, and I didn't know when I would have free time. Moving forward I will work to give better notifications as to when there is potential downtime.

I'm not getting any notifications to my Hotmail address. I've checked my junk folder as well.

I'm using Gmail and I get my notifs, but I know all of my friends who use hotmail aren't getting any at all.

I've only gotten a few notifications out of what should be many in the past day or so. Provider is Yahoo.

I have my own domain www.engelby.dk hosted by www.one.com and I'm not getting notifications.

My email provider is MSN for my rp-journals. Since yesterday I haven't received any notifications for comments and was wondering why it stopped? I hadn't had problems with not receiving comments before...

I'm not getting email for this account. I use Gmail, but the notifs stopped working on 5/18, and even when I track a thread, I still don't get the emails.

Other journals of mine do get the notifications and they all come through Gmail as well.

A bit OT in terms of emails, but perhaps this is a side effect of the move?

Hi Squeaky! I'm having a very very strange problem. I have a paid account and on May 12th I last edited a theme layer for my layout. Since then, opening up the theme layer shows that it's completely empty. No coding, no nothing. However, the layout remains intact. No problems whatsover in terms of viewing. But now I can't edit it because the layer is completely blank.

At first I thought this was one account, but I checked with my other paid accounts, all with their own theme layer layouts and each one is having the same problem. The layouts are fine for viewing, but when trying to edit, they come up completely blank. I've opened up a support ticket but I've got no biting, so I thought I should bring this to your attention. This is the problem for this account, [info]desiree, [info]inspectres_ceo, and [info]_equinoxmod_. As you can see, they all have custom layouts that look fine and work fine, but their corresponding theme layers show up blank (example: for [info]_equinoxmod_, the layer is number 42730, and looking it up manually shows it's coming up blank.

hai squeaky. i use aol (i know, oldschool) and i AM getting the emails but they're being marked as spam, so it takes me a while to realize i have them. it didn't used to do this. it's not the end of the world cause i can still get at them but i just wanted to let you know. :)
