Who: Shannon in Jessica's body and Neal in Adrian's body What: meeting up at Fangtasia When: last night Warnings: blood exchange and idk what else. Let's say no kiddies just to be safe.
Being a vampire was really freaking weird. Shannon hadn't been born a slayer, but once she was activated as one, she'd adjusted to her body fast. The same could not be said about suddenly finding herself in Jessica's body. First there was the entire sensitivity to sunlight deal. The vampires that Shannon was used to fighting had a sensitivity to it, but not to the point where they had to hide away in hidey holes and sleep all night or bad things would happen. If not hidey holes then there were coffins. Yes, coffins. She was living Dracula's whacky adventures here, and it was freaking her the hell out.
At least she got a hot vampire body. Sure, it was shallow and petty, but whatever, Shannon knew she was hot normally. Slayers were made to be tiny little machines that got your motor running before they took your lights out. Jessica was like this beautiful porcelain doll with pale skin and silky red hair that fell in ringlets. She looked so damn delicate, but Shannon could feel the power in her. She was as much an illusion as Shannon was. Well cool. Because she was going to at least enjoy her nights if she had to sleep away her days.
Neal ended up with one of those mortal vampire bodies, and at least he was in a hot one too. Yes, fine, shallow, sue her. She didn't care. They were both suddenly vampires, and she wanted to see what that would be like. Luckily he was as much a curious kitty as she was, because she hadn't had to dangle the yarn much to get the kitty to take a bite. He agreed to come meet her at the bar that Jessica had taken her to for a safe haven. It was a pretty kicking place all things considered. She wondered what the original place had been like before zombies invaded.
Shannon found a cute little blue dress to put on that hugged in all the right places. She wasn't sure what colors looked best on Jessica, but the bitch had a fine body so it shouldn't make a difference. She avoided red simply to avoid clashing with her hair. By the time she was dolled up, she was ready to party it up with her boy. She saw him walk in and literally, Shannon licked her lips. Then she felt the fangs come out. Seriously?
Ugh.
Moving across the floor to greet him like a ballerina on stage, barely touching the floor, she inhaled and felt the fangs again. He smelled so damn good. "Please tell me your fangs pop out when you get excited too? Because I'm starting to understand what it's like for your dudes when you see something you like." Yes, Neal, that was her way of saying you still look hot.
