"No. The zombies were already cleared out by the time we got here," Allison said. She was glad that at least somebody was eating the stale cornflakes. Her appetite had been next to nothing since this whole thing started, stomach twisted up into nervous knots. She doubted that situation would be improving any time soon. "Supposedly Faith cleared out all the zombies in the prison herself. She's like a superhero or something."
Vampire slayer. Allison still didn't completely understand how that worked especially in a prison filled with vampires. But she kept her head low and tried to keep to herself, she didn't want to draw any unwanted attention. She didn't want to go crazy again like she had back in Beacon Hills when the pressure got to be just too much and she snapped. Isaac was being awfully nice for someone she had slashed to ribbons, even if he did heal quickly. She wasn't so sure others would be as forgiving.
"Derek does seemed to have... grown a lot since Beacon Hills," Allison admitted, choosing her words carefully. Nobody was more shocked than she was when Derek had agreed to put their past behind them. Allison knew that she would always remind Derek of Kate and that Derek would always remind her of her dead mothers- but they had to put that behind them if they ever wanted to move on.
