Holy shit he'd just hit the jackpot. Literally and figuratively. Adrian felt a grin light up his entire face as he entered the casino and looked around. Truth be told he hated Las Vegas for personal reasons but any average casino? It was like his calling to be at a place like this. There were reasons most people didn't like to sit at his table on prison poker nights. As an aura reader he could read people like books most of the time.
"Don't mind if I do," he said and took the bubbly blonde's generous drink that was offered. It wasn't his usual go-to but one sip and he was head over heels with the quality of the booze. Why hadn't anyone found this place before now? They weren't that far out of town and someone had to have crossed by here at some point especially with the crowd that was already inside the place.
Adrian simply smirked at Rogue. "Don't worry. We'll have you tossing dice like a pro in no time."
He probably should have been concerned about the random pop up casino that came out of no where, but Adrian was too enthralled by the atmosphere and the free drinks to care right then. Jill was probably getting a good show if she was zoned in on the live feed through his head but at least he was happy, right? She'd be getting some of those happy vibes through the bond too and it was good for both of them.
Spotting a blackjack table, Adrian knew where he was going to be sitting. "Over here," he said to Rogue and walked them over to the table. The dealer was all smiles and exchanged one thousand dollars worth of chips for them when they hadn't even handed over any cash. How accommodating.
The moment he sat down he felt something hit him that made him feel a little dizzy but it soon passed and he shook it off. Must have been the good booze and crazy amounts of energy filling the place. Not to mention the fall he'd just had down a hill.
