Darcy had found the small time away to be a breath of fresh air, literally and figuratively both. There were certain things that were blurry in her mind at times, and blurry coming back, that she felt a little less connected to. She had been giving serious thought to Carla's suggestion of talking it out therapy-style, but hadn't delved into it with full commitment as of yet. It was a scary prospect.
What wasn't scary was Loki. Darcy knew better, hypothetically, but she couldn't help herself. He could be a pretty cool guy when he wasn't huffing, puffing, and causing irritating mischief and pondering disaster. Anyhow, since the world was all but a disaster anymore, what difference did it make?
"I can't imagine you with a keyring. What keychain could you put on it and still maintain tall, dark, pale, and mischievous?" Darcy responded with a smile, almost bordering on a smirk, before moving to head inside and look around. She was curious to see what Loki's interior designing job was like.
